The truth is that the human being is more than just one body, understood as a form and that’s mean that we have a big responsibility in creating our own life. Nobody is here to analyze the life of others, every person is free, and here is the beautiful thing: it is because we have the possibility to manage our life that we must open our minds to a different reality.

To live a healthy life, we must have mastery of the function of our body and mind, which requires that we become responsible for our incorporeal nature, understanding that the true essence of happiness resides in our soul.

🎞 LIFE EPISODE :
LIFE EPISODE: Each person has their own vision of the reality and for this reason we must learn to connect with our inner resources, using the intelligence of the body and the mind for our purposes. I am sitting here at the bar drinking my coffee and reading my book: ” THE POWER IS ‘IN THE MIND’ ‘; In front of me there is a woman with a computer and two phones on the table, she’s drinking a coffee while smoking cigarettes constantly. She gives me the impression of a woman focused only on her work, one of those business women who dedicates her entire life to work. I keep looking at her until she sees me and when I first look at her eyes, immediately a totally different feeling comes to my mind… so I started thinking at the actual facts and to be honest I realized that she never used the computer, she only smoked and talked on the phone all the time and suddenly nothing gave me the idea that she was a business woman anymore.
What if I created that reality only in my head? So another strange episode came into my mind: Once in the train: this man was standing in front of me with a stroller next to him, at one point the doors opened and this man got off the train without the baby and the doors suddenly closed. My instinctive reaction was to get up and push the button to open the doors, but was too late .I was really anxious about the baby but as soon as I looked inside the stroller I realized that it was empty and after few minutes this lady arrived with the baby in her arms so I definitely understood that it didn’t even belong to that man. Incredible right? I created my own perception of reality that made me perceive the things that way, but those weren’t the real facts. So what really matters?

MEDITATION HELPS YOU CONNECT WITH YOUR SACRAL ENERGY AND RECOGNIZE YOUR THOUGHTS FROM THE OUTSIDE. MEDITATION IS FUNDAMENTAL FOR TRAINING YOUR MIND, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART YOU HAVE TO BE REALLY PRESENT IN LIFE.
Below you’ll find a guided meditation that you can practice one or more times a day:
1 – choose a place you like, where you feel comfortable
2- sit with your legs crossed (you can help yourself with cushions that support you) otherwise use a chair, cross your hands and lay them on your legs.
3- now gently close your eyes, keep your back straight, relax your shoulders and let go of all tension.
4- observe your breathing naturally and let the air enter into your nose gently
Breathe very slowly, more and more slowly …
5- imagine being alone in a place surrounded by nature that gives you peace, serenity, and slowly immerse yourself in your breath that has become Peace .. Love .. Everything is Love…
6- Continue with this idea 15 minutes as soon as you wake up and in the evening before going to sleep.
Meditation strengthens you, reduces stress, anger and fears. Meditation relieves symptoms of anxiety and depression. Meditation enhances concentration and gives inner peace.

  1. after reading this article i realized how much power our mind has, and how can affect us and our reality. I was considering into doing meditation work lately but never started, but after reading this i’ll start for sure !! i’m taking it as a sign 😉
