WHO ARE YOU, WHY ARE YOU HERE AND HOW CAN YOU ILLUMINATE YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE ?
A conscious life allows you to train the strenght of the mind.
Buona aware of your feelings and sensations will bring peace into your life.

If you only stop for a second we all want something to build in our life & it all starts with a balance between mind, body and soul. There is only one difference:
Some of us are aware of it while others are not!
They are distracted by the outside world as Pirandello used to say: ”We wear a mask for the family, one for the society, one for work and when you’re alone you don’t even know who you are ´´.
We are so obsessed with this outer world that we’re often fighting or suffering from certain things, which, if we were only aware of what we are, we will suddenly feel ridiculous.
But how do we actually know how to detach ourselves from our mind and understand that we are not simply our thoughts and our bodies?
Today, in fact, there are more and more people obssesed by the feeling that something is missing in their life and, regard to this , the Dalai Lama said : ´´´the first solution to cultivate more intimate relationships is the COMPASSION: that is the ability to put yourself in the shoes of others, which goes beyond human intelligence ´´´.
It is also true that sometimes living life in a more “superficial” way, avoiding those existential imbalances and often is the simplest solution.
People decide to ignore problems and find saticsfaction in external things avoinding the inner pain.
The greatest fear of people is being separated from one’s fellow humans.
MEDITATION HELPS YOU CONNECT WITH YOUR SACRAL ENERGY AND RECOGNIZE YOUR THOUGHTS FROM THE OUTSIDE. MEDITATION IS FUNDAMENTAL FOR TRAINING YOUR MIND, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART YOU HAVE TO BE REALLY PRESENT IN LIFE.
You’ll find a guided meditation that you can practice one or more times a day in the article ”SPIRITUAL ARMONY”
